Demo environment — Polygon Amoy testnet. Assets, figures and documents shown here are illustrative and do not represent real offerings, holdings, or investment advice. Card payments run in Stripe test mode: no money is taken, and tokens carry no value. How the platform works

For asset owners

Put a real asset on a ledger that proves it.

Tokenize a mine, an energy plant or a property. Raise from verified investors, on infrastructure where trust is engineered — not claimed.

Why Bumosi

Issuing here is a statement.

Reach

Your asset, in front of verified investors.

Every buyer on Bumosi has passed identity verification before a single contract lets them hold a token. You raise from a pool that compliance has already cleared — retail and institutional, by card or crypto — without building the rails yourself.

Credibility

A listing that means something.

Bumosi does not list everything that applies. Each asset passes a staff review and an independent Asset Readiness Passport assessment — reserves, title, provenance — before it reaches the marketplace. That filter is exactly why your listing carries weight once it is through.

Infrastructure

Custody, settlement and yield, already built.

Shares settle on-chain into ERC-4626 vaults with transparent accounting and monitored reserve coverage. Revenues reach holders as claimable distributions. You operate the asset; the platform operates everything around it.

Ground truth: every listed asset is a real, verifiable place.

The filter

What “verified” means here.

Most platforms ask you to trust the issuer. Bumosi asks the issuer to prove it. Your application is read by named staff. Your location is checked against satellite imagery. Your reserves, title and provenance become an Asset Readiness Passport — a public, on-chain dossier that stays attached to the asset for its whole life on the platform.

It is a higher bar than anywhere else you could list. That is the point: investors pay attention to this marketplace precisely because not everything gets in.

The journey

From application to listed asset.

  1. 01

    Tell us about the asset

Create an account and start an application: company details, beneficial ownership, and the asset itself — reserves, concession, capacity or title, depending on its type.

  2. 02

    Pin it on the map

Every asset on Bumosi is a real place. You mark its exact location on satellite imagery, so our verification team can run ground-truth checks against what is actually there.

  3. 03

    Verify your identity

Issuers pass the same KYC bar as investors. One verification, valid across the platform.

  4. 04

    Staff review

Named members of our team review the application — not an algorithm. If anything is missing, you hear exactly what, and you can respond and resubmit in place.

  5. 05

    ARP assessment

Accepted applications enter due diligence: the Asset Readiness Passport, an on-chain dossier of attestations and checks that investors can inspect before they commit a euro.

  6. 06

    Listed

The asset goes live on the marketplace with its passport attached. From there, settlement, custody and distributions are on-chain.

Get started

Bring your asset to the register

The application takes about twenty minutes. You can save a draft and come back — nothing is submitted until you say so.
