For issuers
Who can see your data
Applying means handing us sensitive documents. This page states exactly which roles can see what, how everything is stored, and what we never do — no fine print.

Storage
How your data is held.
- Everything travels encrypted in transit (TLS).
- Sensitive documents are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) on our own self-hosted infrastructure.
- Your documents are never made public — not on the marketplace, not anywhere else.
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
- Every staff read of a sensitive document is logged, and the log is visible to you in your issuer portal.
Boundaries
What we never do.
- We never publish your documents — publicly visible content is limited to what you see on your listing: the asset's name, images and readiness tier.
- Investors never get access to your application files, whatever their status on the platform.
- We never resell your data to third parties, in any form.
