For issuers

How issuing works

Seven steps from account to listed asset. For each: what you prepare, what we do with it, and how long it honestly takes.

  1. 01
    Create your account
    What you prepare
A working email address and a password — that is all.
    What we do
Send a verification link to your email. It stays valid for 48 hours; once you confirm it, your issuer workspace is open.
    Typical time
    A few minutes
  2. 02
    Verify your identity
    What you prepare
A government-issued ID and a camera for the liveness check. If you are applying as a company, also your corporate documents and the full list of beneficial owners holding 25% or more.
    What we do
Run personal KYC through Didit (document scan plus liveness). Companies then continue to KYB: we review the corporate documents and verify every UBO at or above the 25% threshold.
    Typical time
5–15 minutes online; our review lands within 1 business day
  3. 03
    Describe your asset
    What you prepare
Title deeds, licenses, geological or technical reports, and recent financials — see the checklist below for your asset type.
    What we do
Guide you through a wizard tailored to your asset type — mining, energy or real estate — in five chapters: company, ownership, asset, compliance, declaration. Your progress autosaves at every step, so you can pause and resume anytime.
    Typical time
About twenty minutes of writing, once your documents are at hand
  4. 04
    Staff review
    What you prepare
Nothing new — just keep an eye on your inbox.
    What we do
An issuer administrator — a named person, not an algorithm — reads your application for completeness. Three outcomes are possible: accepted, more information requested (you edit in place and resubmit), or rejected with the reason stated.
    Typical time
    Typically 2–5 business days
  5. 05
    Independent assessment (ARP)
    What you prepare
Availability for follow-up questions. The committee may ask for clarification on reserves, title or provenance.
    What we do
A committee that includes at least one independent director votes on your asset. We verify the location against satellite imagery and cross-check your claims against independent public datasets — USGS, ICMM, national geological surveys, and conflict and water-risk data. Assets in HIGH or CRITICAL risk tiers require three approvals, not one.
    Typical time
    Typically 3–10 business days
  6. 06
    Your readiness score
    What you prepare
Nothing — this step is a result, not a task.
    What we do
Summarize how deployment-ready the asset is as a readiness tier: PRIME, STANDARD or EXTENDED. The tier is visible to investors on your listing, so it is worth the wait.
    Typical time
    Issued with the assessment outcome
  7. 07
    Deployment & listing
    What you prepare
A final review of the listing copy before it goes live.
    What we do
Deploy the asset's tokens on-chain and publish your asset page on the marketplace, with its Asset Readiness Passport attached. From there, settlement, custody and distributions run on-chain.
    Typical time
    Your asset is live
