For banks, financiers & partners
An ARP-grade due-diligence report on any asset you evaluate.
Collateral assessment, deal pre-screening, partner diligence — delivered as a report you can annex to a credit file. A standalone service: the asset is not listed on BUMOSI, and no tokenization is implied.
What it is
Institutional diligence, without a listing.
Collateral assessment
Lend against an asset you have never seen.
Before an asset secures a loan, you need existence, ownership and corridor risk evidenced by someone other than the borrower. The review is built around the questions credit committees ask — country risk, title indicators, red flags — so it can be annexed to a credit file.
Deal pre-screening
Kill weak deals before they cost you real diligence.
Full legal and technical due diligence is expensive and slow. A desk-based ARP review screens a pipeline deal in days: what checks out against public data, what does not, and what a deeper engagement would need to establish.
Partner diligence
Know the counterparty behind the asset.
Every review includes a KYB-style screen of the owning entity — beneficial-ownership indicators and a sanctions screening note — so you know who you would be dealing with, not just what.

The method
Verified against public data — and honest about the rest.
The review applies the same Asset Readiness Passport discipline we require of listed assets, at desk depth: registries, public datasets, conflict and water-stress screening, satellite evidence. Every claim in the report is tied to a source a credit committee can re-check.
Just as important, the report states what a desk review cannot establish — no site visit, no independent assay, no local-counsel title search at this tier. Defining what was not verified is what makes the rest of it defensible.
The report
What the desk review covers.
- Country & corridor riskPolitical, regulatory and FX-corridor risk for the asset's jurisdiction and its trade routes.
- Conflict dataDocumented conflict events and security incidents around the asset's location, from public conflict datasets.
- Water stressBaseline water-stress screening for the site — a first-order operational and ESG risk for extractive and agricultural assets.
- Sanctions screening noteThe owning entity and its beneficial-ownership indicators screened against public sanctions and watchlist data.
- Satellite evidenceWhere applicable, the site is checked against satellite imagery — the same ground-truth pipeline our listed assets pass.
Not verified at the desk tier
- No site visit — the asset is verified from public data and satellite evidence, not inspected in person.
- No independent assay or quantity verification — reserves and grades are as documented, not re-measured.
- No title search by local counsel — ownership indicators come from public registries and provided documents.

Going deeper
An expert report, when the desk is not enough.
Some decisions need evidence a desk cannot produce. On request, a Bumosi expert reviews the same asset and delivers a second, independent artifact alongside the desk report: a site visit with geotagged evidence, an independent valuation, and — at the deep tier — local-counsel opinions on title, capacity and enforceability.
The expert report appears next to the desk report in your account, so your credit file carries both: what public data establishes, and what was verified on the ground.
How access works
Three steps to your first report.
Step 1
Create your account.
Email sign-up on the way to your first order — no wallet, no crypto. The account is where your orders and reports live.
Step 2
Request institution access.
File the request in your account — it signs you in on the way if needed. Institution access is a B2B relationship: our team qualifies the organization and enables it on your account — it is not a self-serve toggle.
Step 3
Order and pay online.
Once enabled: name the asset, the corridor and the class — the fee is quoted before you pay by card. The desk report lands in your account; the expert report alongside it when commissioned.
Already have an account? Request institution access — the page signs you in on the way, and the request is filed on that account.
